 Beautiful shiny almost wet looking bustier style top set off this beautiful gown from nom de Plume. Light boning makes you look even slimmer than you already are. Very stretch fabric. The bottom is layered tulle that is gathered at the waist for a beautiful billowy effect yet still see through. Set includes a matching choker and 2 matching arm warmers.

Hand wash in cool water or dry clean only.
